So yuh girl sit down on the DLR yesterday heading home and searching for something good to listen on the radio when what yuh think happen? Out of nowhere I start to hear, "Santa looking for a wife." The FIRST Christmas song I hear for the season and is a TRINI song. Well yuh know yuh gyul sit down on de people dem train grinning like a fool. Thank GOD for them pirate broadcasters. I still not feeling the Christmas spirit though, although ah put up meh tree Monday.

I too just put up my tree last night and order my pastels. There is a woman in Brooklyn does make them real good (wrap in fig leaf and everything). Normally you have to order in advance, but since she remember me ordering she give me a bligh. I would send some for you but by the time they get to England they stale.
Have you heard Remy's new Christmas tune? "Mr. Santa Claus (Socks and Drawers)". It's hilarious and as usual his animated video is right up there to match. Dunno if it online yet, but it worth the search. Hope the hand heals soon.
Ah eh know if ah getting pastelle this year... no one from Trini coming over here dis rounds. But ah brewing meh high octane punch-a-creme fuh de season. Laterz.
